Chelsea Lane is one of the most respected high-performance minds in global sport. She then moved to the Atlanta Hawks as Vice President of Performance and Sports Medicine, further cementing her reputation as a game-changer in athlete care and team culture. Chelsea’s impact in the NBA is legendary; she’s known for her holistic, athlete-first approach, blending cutting-edge science with a deep understanding of what drives human performance.
In recent years, Chelsea has returned home to Aotearoa, sharing her insights with New Zealand athletes and sporting organisations while continuing to consult globally. In 2025, she’s been working with both elite sports teams and corporate leaders, helping them build high-performing, healthy cultures that last.
Chelsea’s style is down-to-earth and straight-up. On stage, she’s honest, sharp, and full of practical wisdom. She shares stories from inside some of the world’s toughest sporting environments and translates them into clear lessons on leadership, wellbeing, and sustainable success.
