No. Our AI speakers present to boards, frontline teams and everyone in between, and they tailor the level to the room. Most audiences leave with a clear picture of what AI means for their work and a few practical things to try, not a lecture on how the technology works.
Can an AI talk be tailored to our industry?
Yes. Our speakers meet with you before the event to understand your sector and where your organisation is with AI. They then use examples relevant to your audience, whether that's professional services, government, healthcare, retail or the primary sector.
How current is the content, given how fast AI is changing?
Our AI speakers work with the technology every day and update their talks constantly, so your audience hears what's happening now, not what was new a year ago. We recommend asking the speaker to cover recent developments in your pre-event briefing.
How far in advance should we book an AI or innovation speaker?
We recommend booking 8–12 weeks ahead for most speakers, and earlier for the busy conference seasons (March to June and August to November). AI speakers are in high demand, so it's worth enquiring early. We can often arrange a speaker at short notice, so it's worth asking even if your event is close.
Do your speakers travel outside Auckland?
Yes. Our speakers present throughout New Zealand and Australia. Travel and accommodation are usually charged on top of the speaking fee, and we'll include them in your quote upfront.
