Josie is a passionate high-performance coach, and self-professed behaviour change geek. As a Coach, she guides ambitious leaders, business owners and teams towards sustainable high performance so that they can achieve more without overwhelm and burnout.

With a wealth of experience in all aspects of performance, along with prior experience in the corporate world in a range of strategy and performance advisory roles, Josie has developed a reputation for her relatable, engaging, and energetic approach. She truly understands the challenges of balancing home and work life, having experienced it herself.

As an athlete, she weaves lessons from the sporting world into the business world, drawing parallels between her experiences as an injured endurance athlete and the challenges she observed in the corporate environment. It was this realisation that served as the catalyst to dedicate her life to sustainable high performance.

Her coaching programs and workshops empower individuals to make positive lasting changes through small daily actions and practical strategies.

In addition to her coaching and corporate experience, Josie is a sought-after speaker and facilitator known for her ability to connect with diverse audiences in a genuine and authentic manner. Her talks often focus on themes such as mindset, resilience, productivity and time management, self-leadership, and navigating challenges with grace.

More recently, Josie has been sharing knowledge and resources to support females as they navigate perimenopause. Drawing on her personal experiences and deep understanding of human behaviour, Josie delivers speeches that are both motivational and practical, leaving audiences with actionable insights they can apply immediately.

Josie has also served as a guest expert writer for a range of industry-specific publications, including for Health 2000, the Institute of Directors, Australia and New Zealand Chartered Accountants, and Physio Matters. Her writing, much like her speaking, is characterized by its warmth, clarity, and emphasis on relatable scenarios.

Whether through her coaching, speaking engagements, or written work, Josie’s mission is clear: to inspire and equip people to step into the spotlight and be their best selves, one small step at a time.
