Rodger Clamp is a highly respected New Zealand media professional, cultural strategist and trained coach. Who is Rodger Clamp? Rodger spent more than two decades inside New Zealand commercial radio before stepping into a leadership role focused on people and culture. As Cultural Manager at MediaWorks from 2020 to 2025, he rebuilt the company's workplace culture from the ground up, partnering with Rainbow Tick / Toitū Takatāpui and Te Reo Māori Language Pouako to launch four employee-led networks: The Women's Network, Rainbow, Moana and Interns.
