Who is Zac de Silva? A chartered accountant by trade, Zac became CFO of Flight Centre at 28 and went on to lead a $100m organisation and run the turnaround of Barkers, where he won Clothing Chain of the Year three years running and facilitated the All Blacks sponsorship in 2008. He founded Business Changing in 2011, with Nurture Change retreats following in 2015.
