Bridgette Jackson

Known for her indomitable spirit and resilient attitude, Bridgette Jackson's journey from the trenches of personal turmoil to the summit of entrepreneurial success is nothing short of inspirational.

Armed with a favourite mantra, "there is always a positive in a negative, you just need to find it," she embarked on a mission to redefine the landscape of divorce and separation in New Zealand.

As the Founder Equal Exes and co-founder of Equal Group, Bridgette can bring a unique blend of business acumen, empathy and savvy insights to the forefront.  A certified Divorce/Separation Coach, trained divorce mediator, Relationship Coach and enrolled barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, she is a sought after voice in the realm of women in business, overcoming adversity, resilience, entrepreneurship and financial matters and 360 relationship dynamics.

But Bridgette's journey is not solely defined by her professional achievements. As a devoted mother, she understands the delicate balance between personal and professional responsibilities, having built Equal Exes and Equal Group over the last five years, as a sole-parent.

Prioritising her passion for women's health and empowerment, Bridgette has also held pivotal roles in socially conscious enterprises such as Oi and the New Zealand Gynaecological Cancer Foundation. Her commitment to fostering positive change is deeply rooted in personal loss, having tragically lost her mother to ovarian cancer.

With unwavering determination and belief in the power of resilience, Bridgette Jackson continues to inspire, whether speaking on topics of empowerment or the intersection of personal and professional growth, her message remains clear: adversity is not an obstacle, but a catalyst for transformation.
